The Quattro: The New Queens Park project involves the redevelopment of the former Maniana public housing area.

Previous Department of Housing and Works social housing properties have been demolished, freeing up land to be re-subdivided and sold as vacant land. Ageing Department of Housing and Works social housing properties outside the Maniana precinct are also being refurbished under the project and there has been extensive landscaping and streetscaping to beautify the area.

An impressive entry statement caps off the work being undertaken. All of which has been done with a strong commitment to the revitalisation of Queens Park.
