Delivering a big boost to local groups The Quattro Community Grants Program provides much-needed funds which can benefit community groups, service organisations, sports clubs and youth groups.

Local groups from the Queens Park area have been named successful applicants in the 2011 Quattro community grants program, including:

  • Friends of Queens Park Bushland is developing a website to showcase the unique flora and fauna of Queens Park.
  • Canning Early Years Group is creating a directory of resources and services available to local families and parents of young children in the Canning community.
  • Beananging Kwuurt Institute is an Aboriginal community service organisation, purchasing much-needed equipment for a community activity room.
  • Queens Park Primary School is producing an informative brochure for parents of prospective students.
