Rainwater Harvesting Package


As a new purchaser at Quattro: The New Queens Park, you have to opportunity to secure a free  rainwater harvesting package with your new home.

There are two rainwater harvesting packages available, depending on the size and requirements of your new home. Each package includes a 2,500 litre Slimline West Coast Poly Rainwater tank, specially designed for urban blocks and a Rainbank controller that will automatically switch to rainwater or mains water, plus all piping, filters and valves.

The system will be installed by a licensed plumber and blend neatly into the environment of your new home. Not only that it will save your household up to 46,000 litres of precious water every year!

Flying Start Package

Our 'Flying Start' package has been designed to make it easier and more affordable to build your new home at Quattro, and includes:

  • Front garden landscaping and reticulation including waterwise plants*
  • Side and rear neighbour-friendly Colorbond® boundary fencing*
